DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN GENERAL
• Give Clients customer service via email or instant message. help as the main point of contact for customer issues. More technical product-related issues are escalated to the appropriate Product Support department.
• Handles a high volume of consumer inquiries about FIS products and services and resolves a specific percentage of them.
• Fixes customer problems, helps to identify the root of cause, and apply suitable resources and software to determine how to resolve customer problems.
• If problems cannot be resolved in a reasonable amount of time, they will be escalated to the adequate support. Follows up on escalated issues through coaching and mentoring to learn the proper solution and widen overall knowledge.
