- Assess Sellers’ personal and business information and cross-check it with authentic internal and external resources.
- Perform well on the portals and tools provided by Amazon for this role.
- Maintain high ethics and integrity in dealing with critical data.
- Evaluate accumulated data on new Sellers in order to accept them as Amazon Marketplace sellers.
- You must have communicated with our customer base via email.
- Reduce the negative impact on the overall customer experience.
- The ability to train for additional business-related skills and/or job types.
- The ability to work on weekends and holidays as part of your normal 5-day week.
- Take appropriate action to identify and reduce the risk posed by fraud patterns and trends.
- Achieve/exceed weekly productivity and quality standards on a constant basis.
- Participate in as-needed ad hoc projects/assignments
